干扰素种类

IFN-Is (type I interferons) include 13 IFN-α (14 in mice), IFN-β, IFN-ε, IFN-κ, and IFN-ω.

IFN-γ is the only described IFN-II (type II interferon).

IFN-IIIs (type III interferons) include IFN-λ1-3 (also known as interleukin [IL]-29, IL-28A, and IL-28B) and IFN-λ4 (only IFN-λ2 and -λ3 exist in mice).

A fourth family of IFNs, named type IV interferons (or IFN-υ), has been identified in zebrafish and is present in other non-placental vertebrates but is absent in mice and humans.
